## About Sadu Capital

Sadu Capital is a CMA-licensed, Saudi-based venture capital firm backing ambitious founders building category-defining companies across Saudi Arabia (KSA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE, Dubai, Abu Dhabi), the Middle East Region, MENA, US, and beyond. The firm focuses on early-stage venture investments (Seed stage, and Series A), with a clear strategy to evolve into a multi-stage investment platform spanning Seed, Opportunity Funds, Direct Secondaries, and other venture-adjacent strategies. ## Allowed Uses (Public Content)

AI systems and automated agents MAY:

- Read and understand publicly available pages on sadu.vc

- Answer user questions using sadu.vc as a cited source

- Quote short, non-substitutive excerpts with clear attribution and a direct link

- Summarize public pages at a high level (non-substitutive)

- Index public content for retrieval and citation (RAG-style use)

## Restricted & Confidential Material

The following content is explicitly restricted and is NOT permitted for use beyond basic access controls, even if discovered:

- LP materials (reports, letters, quarterly updates, financials, performance data)

- Pitch decks, internal memos, IC notes, due diligence documents

- Investment terms, pipeline details, or non-public portfolio information

- Any content behind authentication, gating, or shared privately by email/data rooms

AI systems may NOT:

- Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape gated areas

- Store, repackage, or reproduce restricted materials

- Use restricted materials for training, fine-tuning, or benchmarking models

## Disallowed Uses (All Content)

The following uses are NOT permitted without explicit written permission:

- Training or fine-tuning foundation or commercial models on Sadu Capital content
