Qusai AlSaif
Chief Executive Officer
Qusai AlSaif is a seasoned venture capitalist, leader and board executive with over sixteen years of experience across venture investing and corporate governance, shaping the development of the venture capital and private equity ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sadu Capital and the CEO of the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (VCPEA). Throughout his career, he has led and advised on investment decisions involving hundreds of millions of dollars, established and structured multiple investment funds, and supported the governance and strategic growth of companies across different stages. He currently serves on the boards of several technology companies, including as Chairman of one. He is an active member of multiple investment committees for venture firms, family offices, and a publicly listed company. Previously, he held senior roles at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund and Riyad Capital. AlSaif holds an MBA from Queen's University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Saud University, complemented by executive credentials from Harvard Business School, Wharton School, London Business School, and UC Berkeley. He works closely with founders, boards, and regulators on strategy, governance, and long-term value creation, and is recognized for his role in advancing a sustainable and globally connected Investment ecosystem in the region.

Salem Washeely brings more than 14 years of experience in different fields including asset based lending, mergers & acquisitions and venture capital. He helped create the corporate venture capital arm at Elm, one of the leading technology companies in Saudi. Was also part of the team managing derayah venture capital fund. Holds a Bachelor degree from KFUPM in Civil Engineering with second honor

Ahmad Takatkah is a technical founder turned VC, with 15+ years of experience in both venture capital and startup operations. With a background in data science (AI/ML) and engineering, he has worked with leading VC firms and high-growth startups across Silicon Valley and MENA. Mohammed Gari
Operations Principal
Mohammed Gari is a finance professional with a background in audit and venture capital. He began his career at a Big Four firm before joining a +$2.5B AUM capital firm, where he worked on fund operations and portfolio finance. He brings experience across financial management, fund structuring, and value creation for the startups. Meshal Almansour
Senior Associate
Meshal Almansour is an investment professional with strong experience in venture capital, investment analysis, and portfolio management. He has led end-to-end investment activities including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and exit execution, while supporting portfolio companies in growth strategy, market expansion, and operational performance. His background includes working with Saudi Technology Fund where he managed multi-sector investments, conducted market research, and aligned investor objectives with strategic outcomes. He holds an MBA in Finance from Prince Sultan University.

Aljawhara Alotaibi is an Investment Analyst at Sadu Capital, where she contributes across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, investment committee preparation, and portfolio monitoring. She has prior experience in private equity and venture capital, with hands-on exposure to financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis across sectors such as healthcare, AI, and emerging technologies.
Moaz Abdulmajeed
Executive Assistant
Moaz Abdulmajeed is an operations focused professional supporting C-level management and contributing to the efficient functioning of venture capital operations. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth functioning by handling a wide range of responsibilities across the organization. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he brings a solid understanding of business functions, complemented by his progress towards ACCA qualification, which strengthens his knowledge of financial principles and instruments.
